| Portuguese Chicken with Chorizo, Vegies & Brown Rice |
We have been drooling over the new "Travelling with Thermomix" cookbook and decided to try a lovely sounding recipe tonight (pg 54) but then had to search our town high and low to find a good spicy chorizo sausage. At last, we ended up where we should've gone first - to Craig's favourite butcher. They had one spicy chorizo left in the shop and we took it! :) Of course, we adapted the recipe a bit to suit our liking and it was inhaled in short order after it came out of the oven! We will be cooking this one again! :)

We finished off our lovely dinner with another recipe out of the cookbook mentioned above - Pumpkin-Apple Cake with Oat Flakes on pg 98 - with, of course, some adaptations... :) Amanada had already introduced us to this recipe before we moved and I knew it was a sure-fire winner!
